Session 4-Cyber Bullying

I think that this saying is false. Although words can't hurt someone physically, it can hurt someone mentally and cause them to lose their self-esteem. Words can also keep coming to the bullied's mind and he or she would never forget it. Cyber bully is 24/7, anonymity, bully need not be there in person causing a more destructive effect than physical bullying

Cyber Gaming

a) I think that pursuing a career with the gaming industry has no future. To me, I think that it would be better to get a normal job as it usually provides a fixed income every month. Normal jobs offer a better future, and you may also gain more experience in reality other than in the virtual world.
b)He is very determined and perservered. Even when his parents stopped him from getting a job in the gaming industry,he still insisted on. His parents wants him to get a more stable salary job other than gaming world.

Cyber Crap

Do not foward unverified information. Always check with reliable sources,whether online or offline. We must also determine what kind of information we are reading, be it comprehensive or biased, consistent or different, current or outdated.

He should also not forward this email in case others get spammed or believed; cheated and fall for the information.

He should not open the file in case of computer virus. He should also mark the email as spam in case the opposite party send the information again.
He should not buy the medicine. It might be scam,just to cheat his money. Even if there is the medicine, there is a high chance that it is unreliable. It might just be crap.

Pornography (boys)

Porn is bad for health. Not only does it corrupt our minds, it is also very difficult to forget about it. We did experiment about the pink elephant that flashed for less than a second, but the image still remains in our minds. So,we must NOT watch porn.
The advertisements indirectly portray porn. So that we must have filter website programmes.

Today we learnt that we can only share public information and must hide private information.
We should use nick-names that others see will not know our true identity. Whether we are young or old. We must also not share our addresses on the blog and also not put any of our handphone numbers incase of gettint spammed
